Droog Design have commissioned a number of artists and designers to create public artworks in the Netherlands. Sagmeister was asked to contribute, and this was the result:

Pretty cool. It's made up of thousands of coins stuck to the ground with blu-tac. There was a small sign posted nearby telling people that they could take the were welcome to take the coins if they liked. Unfortunately, when some people started removing the "better", an overlooking neighbour called the cops. Who proceeded to remove all the coins and put them in bags to be collected by the "owner". In order to "protect the artwork". Hmmmm.
