Loving these paintings by Edwin Ushiro. Definite manga and anima influence, but with a really nice sense of depth and quality of light not normally associated with that style, and a use of muted summery colour. It has a sort of dreamy, nostalgic quality that's quite lovely, like old photographs. More here.
